The strong body, angular bottom & side rolls of Durma’s HRB Hydraulic 3-Roll Bending Machines enables the operator to easily produce conical bends.

While many machines in the market can only bend to a minimum diamter of 3 times that of the top roll, Durma HRB machines can bend to as tight as 1.5 times that amount. Rolls are guided with spherical roller bearings & bronze housings, the guiding system requires less lubrication allowing the operator to achieve repeatable precision bends long term. The HRB body is strengthened & lowered to minmise twists & deformation, whilst the frame & steel bar connections are stress relieved after the welding operation making for a sturdy & efficient machine.
